About Me
I enjoy assisting small to medium sized business owners to take their business to a next level of growth, profitability and to a cash positive status. In addition, I enjoy teaching, mentoring and coaching staff members and clients, to move to a higher level of knowledge of what is required to deliver to make their business more successful and achieving their personal and business goals.
My job responsibility is to ensure that we as PEAS team deliver against the clients need and wants in line with our values system underscored by the PEAS principles.
Throughout my working live I have taken staff members and guided and mentored them to achieve their respective goals, this is being continued in PEAS, where we as a Team complement the individual members to better themselves and through that to ensure each member achieves their respective goals, as well we as a collective achieve our goals and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Family is very important, my wife and I spend as much time as possible with the grandkids and love seeing them grow up.
I have always been a keen sportsman and lately have taken a back seat in this area, however, I love watching sport and enjoy golf and will be getting back into playing again shortly. My wife and I are now regular Park runners.
